It didn’t help that CBS caved in to Republican pressure, spiking a December *60 Minutes* story on ICE sending migrants to be tortured in El Salvador.

i mean it’s shocking .. who could have seen this coming that an arrogant, inexperienced and mediocre person who just wants to be on her knees in front of white house officials would lead to dramatic decline in viewership
Ratings are collapsing.
In a *real* capitalist market this would mean heads will roll and course adjusted.
But. But. They are plakating & lickspittling to the regime.
So it’s all good.
I mean, whilest fascim holds some very obvious simularities with capitalism, there are key differences…
Working as intended
That’s the whole idea. Billionaires buy them out, then run them into the ground, then probably shut them down due to lack of viewership.
Same will probably happen to CNN.
